I was amazed at how well I was treated at The Hearing Experience. Walter Jr. was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. He preformed a very thorough hearing test and quickly found out where my problem was. My co-payment was very affordable and was prescribed just what I needed, no more or no less. Perfect Hearing Experience!!!

I am very pleased with the Hearing Experience. Walter Kelly is very quick, efficient and cost effective. Whether you need a new hearing aid or repair, the Hearing Experience is the place to go. My family loves that I can hear again.

This is the best hearing aid center I have ever had the privilege of using. Walt and (Suzanne) have taken every issue I have and resolve them in minutes. If you have a loved one that needs hearing assistance this is the only place to go.

First of all, the new location is excellent; easy to find with ample parking. The service I received was courteous and professional. The service was just as good as it was when I purchased my hearing aids 2 years ago. It's reassuring to know that The Hearing Experience remembers their customers and stand behind the products they sell.

We had family visiting from out of country and one was having issues with his hearing aids. With no waiting the Dr. helped us and we were on our way to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Very courteous and helpful and if I need hearing aids I know where I am going, even though I don't live in Carlsbad.

The Hearing Experience was truly a different and much better experience than I had at the several other hearing aid places that I had shopped around and found. Other places frustrated me because they expected me to pick and order hearing aids without trying them out. This to me was a bit like buying a car without a test drive. The Hearing Experience gives very personalized and excellent service. They programmed hearing aids according to my type of loss and let me walk around and try them out. There was absolutely no pressure on me about making a purchase. The staff is very warm and accommodating and have been willing to work with me to get my hearing aid programs tweaked over time so that they are just right for my lifestyle and needs. I would definitely recommend The Hearing Experience as the number one place to go to get hearing aids. If you are not yet sure whether or not you need hearing aids then this is also the place to go as they will thoroughly assess your needs and let you know whether or not you would benefit from a pair. This place has changed my life for the better.

"My husband was born with congenital hearing loss due to missing nerve fibers. For years he had problems over the phone, had to lip read, and didn’t enjoy watching television unless it was so loud I couldn’t stand it. After trying different doctors, with poor results, we came to your office. Jean walked out with new hearing aids the same day. I wish you could have seen the look on his face when he asked me “Is that rain I hear?” His voice has changed for the simple fact he can hear his own voice. Jean is now able to appreciate an abundance of little things he had to live without. He can now answer the phone and enjoy both music and television at his level of hearing without blaring volume. He can now have conversations with the kids and even go out to restaurants and control the background volume with his aids. You have given him a new lease on life. I'm 75 and needed hearing aids for years. After considerable urging from my family, I contacted my Medicare Healthcare provider, SCAN. They recommended the Hearing Experience. I was tested with the latest procedures and provided a comprehensive exam. I was shown various priced hearing aids and recommended the best for my needs. It even Bluetooths to my phone and TV! I receive weekly updates on typical hearing issues on my email. I also receive face to face coaching from the audiologist, Walt, that I found very helpful. My husband Bruce has needed hearing assistance for many years! Just last week after receiving a flyer in the mail, I called and made and appointment for him to get seen. Meeting Walter and Suzanne was the best thing to happen to Bruce and me. Walter worked with him and got him set up with the best hearing aid assistance ever! Walter Kelly is an amazing Hearing Aid expert. I have dealt with at least 10 over a period of years... And Walter surprised me by reprogramming my hearing aid and explaining how the Signia Primax hearing Aid worked in less than one hour. He also showed me how to operate the app that controls it, and then... He showed me how my iPhone was a remote mic and told me I did not need to buy one. Here he is in my own backyard in Carlsbad. I only wish I'd found him earlier. I really enjoyed this appointment and my hearing aid really profited from it! I didn't think that was possible. I recommend Walter highly.

"I have been working with Walter and Suzanne Kelly for six years now. I had previously visited other hearing aid professionals and after the hearing test was I told hearing aids would not help my particular hearing loss. Not Walter, he told me it would be difficult but not impossible to correct my hearing. I called here inquiring about hearing aids for my dad. I spoke to Suzanne and then Walter regarding options for my dad who is deaf in one ear with nerve damage and hard of hearing in the other. Walter said he could see my dad, have him fitted and with hearing aids in a matter of days. My parents went in, tried hearing aids, and my dad can 'hear' out of his left ear for the first time in 35 years. He can hear sounds like the tires on the road and is now asking for volume to be turned down. They are the best and worked with me from 400 miles away. Walter spent the time to make sure my dad could get his hearing aids to work via bluetooth and an app on his phone. Amazing!

I am so delighted with my new hearing aids. Walter and his staff were so gracious and caring as I went through the process of getting them adjusted to my world. I stopped in to see Walter about once a week for five weeks and each week he tweaked the hearing aids to fit my lifestyle. The adjustments between noisy environments, such as my granddaughter's volleyball tournaments, to quieter settings such as a restaurant were all preprogrammed into my hearing aids. Now going to the movies is no problem too as I have a Bluetooth adapter for most movie theaters. He also worked with me to sync my hearing aids to my Bluetooth cell phone and tv devices. I have worn hearing aids for the past 10 years but this is the best hearing device I have ever owned! My dad is in Carlsbad By The Sea Retirement Community and has not been hearing well at all, and unable to get his hearing aids cleaned/checked during this COVID time.
